Train the Trainer

The course is structured with a balanced blend of theory and practice.

• 2 workshop days
• 1 practical session where you deliver a 25–35-minute training session
• Reflective written report

While the workshop days provide delegates with the important principles of training other people, it’s really the practical elements that accelerate the learning experience. The act of delivering a training session and putting the theory into practice, in a safe environment really helps our delegates build confidence.  Getting positive and constructive feedback from fellow delegates as well as the course trainer is a central part of the course.

• Delivering group training sessions

Day 3 of the next week.

• Delivery of 25-30 min presentation
• Session leader feedback
• Peer feedback
• Reflective Report – Hand in

Who is it for?

All newly appointed trainers, supervisors and managers whose job requires them to train/instruct other members of staff.

3 Days,  but not consecutive days.

Can be taught 1 day per week for 3 weeks

2 days then 1 day the following week.

Can also be done online.
