Terms and Conditions

This website is owned by Evolve Training and is maintained for commercial purposes.

Evolve Training reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Training Services and Location

Evolve Training shall provide training services on the date(s) and location booked by the Customer and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Training at customer premises

For training undertaken at Customer premises, the Customer is responsible for the provision of equipment and facilities suitable for training purposes. Where necessary the Customer should provide equipment test certificates for inspection.

 Additional expenses

When quoting, Evolve Training shall advise where necessary , any additional expenses likely to be incurred including suitable accommodation, sustenance and mileage charged at £0.45 per mile,and the Customer  is asked to agree in writing.

Bookings and Payments

Booking a delegate(s) through the Evolve Training website may be completed by an existing customer, new customer or individuals and in accordance with this Agreement.

Evolve Training cannot accept unconfirmed reservations. (unconfirmed meaning No PO, No Payment)

Under the terms of this Agreement VAT at UK standard rate shall be added to all quoted prices if training is being provided in the UK.

Evolve Training shall allocate username and password login details for existing Key Customers enabling them to become Account Holders. Login details shall be kept confidential by each Account Holder .

Existing Customers

Training services for existing Key Customers ‘Account Holders’ may be reserved with or without a Purchase Order number.

Bookings with a ‘Pending Purchase Order number’ are provisional and Customers must contact Evolve Training with a valid Purchase Order to ensure booking confirmation.

Upon receipt of a valid Purchase Order number Customers shall receive written verification and agree to the terms of payment on receipt of invoice.  Evolve Training reserves the right to cancel any booking, which does not contain a valid Purchase Order number.

Customers booking using a valid ‘Purchase Order number’ shall receive written verification of their booking and Joining Instructions.

Evolve Training’s terms of payment are 30 days, unless alternative terms have been agreed with Evolve Training.

New Customers

Training services for new Customers who are not Key Account Holders may book training for a delegate(s) and pay through the  secure payment gateway. New Customers shall receive written notification of payment verification .

 

Cancellations & Postponements

Those who have booked a training course may cancel a delegate(s) or transfer a delegate(s) to another course. This must be received in writing.

Bookings made and paid for by Credit or Debit Card that are subsequently cancelled by the customer will be subject to a 5% administration fee if a refund is given.

All cancellations or amendments to bookings must be confirmed with an email.

A name change is acceptable at no additional cost, except on NEBOSH Courses.

NEBOSH Courses must be booked and paid for two months prior to start date.  Booking fee to NEBOSH is non refundable.

In the event that it is necessary for Evolve Training to cancel or reschedule a course, as far as is practicable, at least five days working notice shall be given.  In such circumstances alternative dates will be given or where necessary a refund will be given.

Transfers

Delegates may transfer or re-book onto a course at another date, without penalty, if notice of 5 or more working days is given, except NEBOSH.

Delegate Behaviour

Evolve Training reserves the right to exclude delegates, without a refund of fees, at any time if they cause significant disruptions or delays, or if their qualifications and current experience impact the ability for Evolve Training to deliver the course as determined by the course standards.

Any unreasonable behaviour will be delt with by Evolve, delegate and if appropriate company that delegate works for.

Requirement for Medicals

There is no requirement for medicals for any of the courses Evolve Provide, but a Statement of Fitness may be asked to be filled in depending on the course.

 

Data Protection

Evolve Training warrants to the Customer that it will only use Personal Data for the purpose of carrying out its obligations in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and that it will ensure that all reasonable and appropriate security measures are in place to protect Personal Data.  Evolve Training will destroy or deliver up Personal Data upon written demand from the Customer.
