Conference Hire

Evolve Training Conference Centre has facilities to offer all kinds of room hires.

Only pay for what you use, by the the hour or by the day.

Our largest room SKYE has an abundance of natural light and fantastic acoustics. This room comfortably seats 50 theatre style and 22 in a horse shoe. The room is fully equipped with data projector  And stereo system all ready to use.

Connecting doors with SKYE is LEWIS which can be used as a break out room if required with similar equipment set up. This room can seat 10 horse shoe style.

                                       
We have a separate soft seated and table area where the teas and coffees and lunch is served.

Lunch

We can provide a buffet lunch including assorted selection of freshly cut sandwiches on white and brown bread, filled with a selection of fillings to your choice. Teas & Coffee and Water included in pricing.

 

NB  All Platters will include a vegetarian

selection, and a  hot meal can be provided if required.

 

 

Free Wi fi is available.

Free Parking

We offer a reception service to meet and greet you ensuring your day runs smoothly.

Workshop space is available for practical training.

Evolve Rates:

£40 per hour

£1 tea’s / Coffee’s cakes per person

£5 Lunch per person   {Soup & Sandwiches}

Bacon Roll available on request at morning break at extra charge.

£50 workshop use per day
