Evolve has decided that for the month February to reduce the cost of our OPITO Banksman / Slinger Stage 3/4 course.

Pre-requisites for Stage 3

A valid Stage 1 OPITO Banksman & Slinging Operations certificate and a fully completed logbook.(stage2).

Or a formal letter from the employer stating that the candidate has met the equivalent of the OPITO Stage 2 lifting experience logbook criteria as stated in Appendix 1 of the standard.  This should be in the form of written testimony from their current employer (Note: contact details, e.g. telephone number, email etc should be included on the testimony).

Medical Declaration

Candidate will undertake practical assessments that will involve work of a physical nature and will be asked to sign a declaration of their fitness before undertaking the practical exercises

The assessment comprises of two parts

Knowledge assessment

Practical assessment

The Knowledge assessment comprises a written test of which the pass mark is 80%

The practical assessment criteria is laid out in the approved standard and will be carried out in a realistic working environment.

The price is £264 +VAT Per Person plus £31 +VAT for the OPITO Certificate and logbook.
