Founded in 1993 by Rod and Susan Garvie, Evolve Training began as a small training centre in Inverurie. Over the past three decades, the company has grown into a  recognised provider of health and safety training, workplace compliance courses, and professional development programmes.

Today, the business is led by Managing Director Linda Barclay, whose vision for the future includes expanding safety support services and continuing to deliver industry-leading training solutions across the UK.

The company relocated from Inverurie to Kirkhill Industrial Estate, establishing its headquarters at Wellheads Industrial Estate in Aberdeen.

Our modern training centre features fourteen purpose-built classrooms, dedicated practical training areas, and extensive parking, creating the ideal environment for both theoretical and hands-on safety training.
