Objectives

By the end of this course, delegates will be shown how to classify, pack, mark, label and document a dangerous goods consignment correctly using the current IATA regulations.

This is achieved by showing delegates how the regulations are laid out and provided with practical exercises throughout, so that when the time comes, you will be confident in finding the information you need, when you need it.

• Classification process
• Limited and Excepted packaging
• Identification utilizing the dangerous goods lists
• Packing instructions
• Package marking and testing criteria
• Marking, labelling and documentation &
• Handling

Following completion of this course, there is also a test.

Upon completion and passing of this test, delegates will be issued with a certificate.

No previous dangerous goods experience is required for this course.

3 Days

This is a 3 day course,  and can be used as a refresher with delegates attending on days 2 & 3 only for the refresher. The price for 2 day Refresher is £310 +VAT per person
