Unlike hotels which cater for a much more diverse clientele, Evolve offers you dedicated meeting rooms designed for comfort and concentration. Add to this staff who are trained and experienced in supporting the business client, ensuring that all meetings or events are successful.
Whether you are planning a meeting, seminar or conference, selecting Evolve as your venue means you can be assured that your event will be held in the ideal environment for learning, backed up by the highest standard facilities and fully supported by an experienced team of trained staff. At Evolve your conference room is just that!
There are no compromises on the quality of lighting, furnishings or technology as each room is fully fitted with data projectors and broadband connection. There is no additional charge for the use of our standard equipment during your event. We can arrange additional items for you, such as video camera and tripod, for a nominal fee.
We'll never need you to vacate your room early for us to prepare for an evening function and you can leave your equipment set up ready for the next day. We will make sure that coffee and a range of refreshments are available all day, usually in convenient break-out areas where you can relax and mix with colleagues between sessions.
You can choose from our 14 rooms all of various sizes, suitable for a meeting with 3 to a seminar for 50. We also have a Warehouse Area for practical training if required.
