Safety Representatives 

Evidence from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) shows that businesses with good workforce involvement perform better in health and safety and tend to have better productivity and higher levels of workforce motivation.

Evolve is now offering a completely New Safety Representatives course to assist organisations with encouraging employee involvement in health and safety. The two-day course allows delegates to develop their knowledge of the principles of health and safety (including key legislation and risk assessment) and also helps encourage delegates equipping them with the skills to be effective safety representatives.
